Responsibilities
Hexagon ALI is looking for an individual to be a part of the US Financial Systems team within the IT organization. This team supports the US based back office functions. These users utilize Microsoft Dynamics GP as well as numerous other on-premise and cloud-based solutions. The team maintains the existing solutions, performs upgrades, and implements net new solutions with a preference towards cloud solutions. The Enterprise Systems Analyst will provide technical support and perform development/configuration for the financial systems. This individual must be self-motivated, have a willingness to learn, and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Support / maintain financial systems in production and test environments
- Support / develop financial reporting and analysis
- Provide end-user support with a focus on proactive measures to avoid issues
- Support / develop integrations
- Participate in and contribute to a collaborative team environment that supports the financial systems regularly engaging senior team members for advice
- Create and maintain documentation on systems and processes using team standards
- Participate in development and configuration work on various new systems as needed
Education / Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year experience in SQL Scripting
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
- Experience configuring business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) preferred
- Willingness to learn financial systems and business processes
- Strong oral / written communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to join and participate in a support team that provides 24x7 end-user support which occasionally results in overtime
- Ability to effectively relate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Ability to maintain high quality of deliverables
Desirable Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in MIS or other relevant degree
- 1 year experience in ASP.NET and C# programming
- 3 years of experience in SQL Scripting
- 1 year experience with SSIS and SSRS
- 1 year Microsoft Power Platform
