Responsibilities
Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to support Treasury Operations. This role involves international cash management, liquidity management, treasury workstation operations, structural risk management, and capital management. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Treasury and continuous learning.
- Ensure liquidity for working capital and invest excess cash.
- Execute internal cash transfers and intercompany funding.
- Collaborate with accounting, tax, and FP&A to ensure cash accuracy.
- Lead cash forecasting processes to ensure liquidity visibility and predictability.
- Prepare and analyze cash processes (balance reporting, workstation activity, positioning, and bank transfers).
- Assist with selecting and implementing a new Treasury Management Workstation and sustain its operation.
- Manage banking relationships and accounts (KYC, openings/closings, service changes, signers, etc.).
- Resolve cash management issues per internal policies.
- Review and improve departmental processes and cash management operations.
- Research and implement banking services to optimize operations.
- Prepare documentation for SOX compliance, audits, and annual filings.
- Act as a liaison for treasury and banking inquiries; coordinate with banks, business units, and internal teams.
- Manage short-term investments per corporate policy.
- Analyze bank fees, balances, and account structures; recommend cost-saving measures.
- Support foreign currency risk management, hedging strategies, and related metrics.
- Enhance risk metrics for foreign currency, interest rates, stress testing, and liquidity.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, prepare financial reports, and contribute to SEC filings.
- Support integration activities, ad hoc projects, and requests as needed.
Education / Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3+ years of Treasury, Cash Management or Finance experience
- Progressive treasury or finance experience with a large corporation
- Solid knowledge of global bank services, products and software platforms
- Hands-on experience with Treasury Management workstation systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Advanced MS-Excel required
Preferred Qualifications:
- CTP preferred
- Familiarity with OneStream, Microsoft GP and NAV, Deltek/Costpoint and Totus environments a plus
- Experience with bank fee analysis software a plus
