•    Gestión, administración y configuración de la solución
•    Relación con el cliente (contacto con el cliente)
•    Realizar capacitaciones y talleres para clientes
•    Ofrecer soluciones a los problemas rutinarios de los clientes
•    Orientación y soporte al usuario
•    Compartir información relevante con el líder y los colegas

Education / Qualifications

•  Título en ingeniería, análisis de sistemas o similar. Experiencia
•  Un mínimo de 3 años de experiencia trabajando en un sector relevante o con tecnología similar en un puesto de soporte técnico/consultoría.

Conocimientos técnicos
• Experiencia en proyectos de capital o implementación de soluciones
• Se valoran conocimientos de planificación de la construcción
• Familiarización con la metodología AWP
• Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión y control de proyectos
• Se valorará la experiencia con cualquiera de los siguientes programas:
• Smart Construction
• SmartPlant Foundation
• Oracle Primavera P6
• iConstruct
• MS Project
• Bentley Synchro
• Se valorará la experiencia con modelos 3D
• Conocimiento en sentencias SQL y lenguajes de programación como VBA son una ventaja.
