Responsibilities
Role Description:
- Process software, SaaS, lease, and maintenance sales orders with precision, adhering to documented workflows.
- Complete and invoice monthly customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and terms in alignment with established business policies.
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate order status, pricing, and software licensing requirements.
- Work alongside experienced team members to address and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order confirmations, potential delays, or any issues encountered during the order process.
- Manage product returns, including updating inventory records and processing customer credits efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of orders, payments, and customer interactions for future reference and analysis.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business operations.
Education / Qualifications
Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer-focused role with a proven dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
- Capable of working independently and effectively managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated with strong critical thinking skills and a proactive drive to learn and grow.
- Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.
- A collaborative team player with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to team success.
- Genuine passion for customer service and supporting a team of sales professionals.
- Logical and analytical approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A professional, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.
