Responsibilities
Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team in HOUSTON. In this critical role, you'll be responsible for the entire campaign lifecycle – from campaign planning and development to execution that drives measurable results and fuels our sales pipeline.
You're a Marketing Strategist & Results Champion
• You excel at project management, ensuring flawless execution through meticulous planning and resource allocation while adhering to timelines and budgets.
• You possess a minimum of 5 years B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns that yield results. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) experience will be beneficial.
• You're a strategic thinker who can develop high-impact campaigns across multiple channels (including events) aligned with business goals.
• Strong content creation and communication skills – you can craft compelling messaging, value propositions, and content across various formats (landing pages, infographics, etc.).
Collaboration & Execution: Your Keys to Success
• You thrive in a collaborative environment, fostering strong relationships with various teams, including content and digital marketing teams, industry consultants, and sales leaders.
• You're a highly motivated marketer who can translate strategy into actionable plans -coordinating internal/external resources to achieve campaign objectives.
• You’re a natural born communicator who feels comfortable presenting plans and results before peers and leadership.
• IN addition to being flexible and agile, you possess strong project management and organizational skills.
• You enjoy working with a sense of transparency and urgency.
You Embrace Technology & Data
• You understand and enjoy learning marketing technologies, including but not limited to Salesforce, Pardot, Uberflip, and Demandbase.
• You leverage customer insights, market intelligence, and data analysis to personalize integrated marketing campaigns across channels.
• A keen ability to track and analyze key campaign metrics using dashboard data to demonstrate marketing's impact on revenue and adjust campaigns to optimize performane;
• Demonstrate an understanding of media channels and marketing tactics attributed to sales objectives.

Education / Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- A minumim of 5 years experience
- Experience in Oil & Gas and/or Technology
- Located in Houston
