Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Safety & Infrastructure division is looking for a full-time Customer Experience Marketing Manager to join our North America regional marketing team. Our customers are our lifeblood, and this versatile role will be responsible for partnering with new Hexagon public safety customers to ensure engagement and connectivity to the organization from the moment agencies make a purchase through the life cycle of implementation and beyond.

Core responsibilities:

  • Hands-on event planning and management
  • Writing and designing digital assets (emails, forms, landing pages, etc.)
  • Project management
  • Graphic design
  • Data capture and presentation, as KPIs are an important function of this position

Education / Qualifications

Essential experience and skills:                                                                                    

  • At least five (5) years’ experience in marketing and communications
  • Proven project management skills, may need to manage up to 25 concurrent projects
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Event planning, management and execution (NOTE: Must be able to physically lift and move 25 lbs. at a time. Candidates must be able and willing to set up event spaces, transport boxes and ship items.)
  • Pardot and Salesforce knowledge and experience (or similar tools)
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams, both internal and external
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%

                              

Desirable skills:

  • Background in software sales OR public safety marketing is preferred, though not necessary

 

Location: Huntsville, AL or remote. Note: If remote, must be able and willing to store a small amount of marketing swag within home office for shipping purposes.
