Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking  a payroll Analyst to manage ME payroll. Fluent English is essential, and multilingual skills is a plus.

We recognise how hard our employees work to serve our clients and help our business grow. We’re looking for an experienced Senior payroll specialist to make sure that all our staff receive their paycheques on-time and understand their salaries thoroughly. We’ll rely on our payroll specialist to audit and verify all time keeping records of employees’ hours worked as well as any deductions or withholdings required to comply with the law. We also need a professional who is willing to work cross-departmentally with Finance and HR to ensure the entire business runs as smoothly as possible.

 

Under the supervision of the Accounting Manager, the Senior Payroll Specialist will:

  • Implement an annual payroll calendar for each entity and make sure to respect the cut-off dates.
  • Process annual and monthly payroll tasks in compliance with local fiscal and labor laws and stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations to manage compliance.
  • Develop and maintain payroll procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Manage Payroll providers across ME region.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance and internal participant to ensure an accurate payroll data process.
  • Send onboarding and last payroll emails to new hirings and leavers, to collect/give the required information (bank information, allowances support documentation, last payroll, etc.)
  • Collect and prepare the monthly payroll data for each entity from HR, Finance and official authorities.
  • Control the absences to apply any special compensation related to them (maternity, paternity, etc.

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year payroll department experience.
  • Ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel.
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
  • Experience working with accounting and payroll software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively
  • Fluent English is essential, multilingual skills is a plus.
