Purpose
As the EMEA Inside Sales (IS) Team Manager, you will lead and manage our global IS team to achieve and exceed inbound lead qualification and sales targets. Your responsibilities will encompass team leadership, coaching, and process optimisation to contribute significantly to our company’s goals. This role collaborates closely with sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation and sales for our key regions in Bricsys.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the IS team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and results.
· Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and targets for the IS team. Regularly review and assess individual and team performance against these metrics.
· Coaching and Training: Conduct ongoing coaching and training sessions (e.g. role-play) to enhance the skills, knowledge, and effectiveness of the IS in prospecting, qualifying leads, and engaging potential customers.
· Process Improvement: Continuously assess and optimise lead generation, qualification processes and sales methodology ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
· Team Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment between IS, Sales Representatives, Channel Managers and other departments to ensure a seamless lead handoff and consistent
messaging.
· Lead Qualification, Nurturing and Closing: you are responsible for the entire process, from qualifying the initial interest to potentially closing the deal or handing over the opportunity to
another more suited sales channel.

Education / Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
· Proven experience in managing and leading a high-performing IS team for software companies
· Strong leadership and team-building skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated, team player with a “can-do attitude”
· Passion for prospecting and sales best practices
· MS Office and sales automation tools experience
· Full professional proficiency in English, other languages are a plus
