We’re looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy HRIS Consultant to join our small, mighty and dynamic global team. This is your chance to make an impact, drive system efficiency, and contribute to the evolution of HR processes across the globe.

Key Responsibilities:

· Primary Consultant on SuccessFactors Recruiting & Learning: Manage, optimize, and improve the Recruiting and Learning modules, ensuring smooth, effective processes for our people.

· Secondary/Tertiary POC on one or more of the following modules: Talent Management, Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation and Variable Pay.

· System Administration: Provide day-to-day support and administration of the SuccessFactors platform, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

· User Support & Training: Be the go-to expert for HR teams globally—answer questions, resolve issues, and provide training to enhance user experience.

· Enhance Data Integrity: Perform regular audits and ensure that data across Recruiting and Learning modules is accurate and consistent.

· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, configurations, and workflows, implementing new features and best practices.

· Collaboration: Work closely with IT and HR teams to align SuccessFactors’ functionality with business needs.

· Global Rollouts: Lead or support global initiatives for system upgrades, migrations, and new feature deployments.

· Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up to date with SuccessFactors updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Competencies and Qualifications

· Expertise in SuccessFactors Recruiting & Learning modules (minimum 7 years’ experience in a System Administrator or Implementation role)

· Strong system admin skills within SuccessFactors, including configuration and troubleshooting

· Advanced Excel Skills: You’re a spreadsheet wizard with the ability to create complex reports and manipulate large datasets.

· Data Management Excellence: You have experience in data validation, audit procedures, and ensuring that data across HR systems is clean and consistent.

· Requirements Gathering: Proven ability to conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders to develop system specifications and enhancements.

· Knowledge of HR processes—you know how Recruiting and Learning should work, so you can partner with the business to make improvements

· Tech-Savvy with Problem-Solving Skills—you’re the one that people come to when things aren’t working right

· Global Mindset—experience working in a global, distributed environment with the ability to handle multiple time zones and cultures

· Communication Skills—ability to simplify complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders

· Project Management Savvy—you’ve led or been part of multiple SuccessFactors projects

· Certifications (preferred, not mandatory): SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting, Recruit Marketing and Learning
