Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon), the leading global provider of engineering software for the design, construction and operation of plants, ships and offshore facilities, is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the EMIA marketing team with the digital side of our demand gen strategy. The role includes responsibilities in design, Ceros (interactive design) and videos. In this role, you will align closely with the demand gen team and global counterparts. This position reports to the Lead Digital Marketing Specialist EMIA. The role is to cover a maternity leave. The start date is the 1st of March 2025 and the end date 31st of December 2025. The position will be based in the Netherlands, Hoofddorp.

• Within this role, you will create, update and maintain design concepts for: collateral, ad campaigns and initiatives for all platforms including our website, social media, online ads and events.
• Work within the brand guidelines to create visual elements, illustrations and social media content which effectively communicates our key messages.
• Next to that you are the final checker on anything corporate brand design for EMIA and make sure what is published is aligned with the corporate design guidelines.
• You will be the go-to person when it comes Ceros, our interactive landing page design, and answer, check and help build the pages.
• Creating videos, animations and motion graphics for promotions, social media, content and website are an important part of your day-to-day job.

Education / Qualifications

Required education, competences and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Arts, Marketing, Digital Media or proven experience in the field of video or design.
• 1-3 years’ experience in corporate design and/or video.
• Certified in Adobe design tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, preferably After Effects).
• Understanding of Video editing, filming and ability to use Premiere Pro or another video editing/creating tool.
• Comfortable working with strict and specific (corporate) brand guidelines.
• A high attention to detail is a must.
• Responsible, flexible skills and a pragmatic attitude is needed.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven and international environment.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
