Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Principal Enterprise Systems Consultant.

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled IT Business Applications Specialist to join our dynamic IT Business Application System group.

Role Overview: As an IT Business Applications Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with our finance team to support their day-to-day activities. Your role will encompass a diverse range of tasks, from technical system support to user training, process improvements, testing, and documentation. Your expertise and support are essential to all the processes our Business Applications team is involved in. Your strong understanding of Financial Management (Accounting, Financial Reporting, General Ledger Management, Year-end Closing Processes, Tax Principles) makes you a trusted advisor to your internal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other consultants to understand business requirements and propose improvements, including final implementation.
• Assist in deploying functionality within our Microsoft Dynamics ERP system.
• Analyze existing business processes and functionality, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct user training sessions and document training materials.
• Provide first-line support to system users, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to senior consultants.
• Participate in system testing to ensure modules and in-house solutions function as expected.
• Document functional requirements and process changes.

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Technical Skills:

• Solid understanding of ERP systems (e.g., NAV, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Exact, NetSuite).
• Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting tools (Crystal Reports is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Teams).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
