Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Partner Operations Program Manager to drive operational excellence across our global partner ecosystem. In this role, you will own the processes, systems, and programs that enable partners to onboard, transact, and deliver value at scale. You’ll work closely with Sales, Sales Operations, IT, Enablement, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to streamline partner workflows, improve processes, reporting, and enhance the overall partner experience.
The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise software or SaaS, with strong program management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration skills. You will play a critical role in ensuring our partners are fully enabled and aligned with company objectives while driving measurable impact on revenue and operational efficiency.
The Partner Operations Program Manager is responsible for driving operational excellence and scalability across the global partner ecosystem. This role will oversee processes, systems, and programs that enable effective partner engagement, streamline partner transactions, and improve the partner experience. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure partners are enabled to generate revenue and deliver customer value effectively.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong program management, business operations, and partner management skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into operational execution.

Education / Qualifications
• Manage and execute partner operations processes including new partner onboarding/tracking, deal registration approvals, Opportunity pipeline monitoring, account assignments
• Oversee partner ecosystem including systems enhancements and requirements gathering (PRM, CRM, portals), process documentation and updates to ensure standardization for seamless partner engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support partner programs and compliance requirements.
• Track KPIs, generate insights, and report program performance including Partner Certification and Revenue attainment as needed to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to scale partner operations effectively.
Partner Operations & Program Management
• Design, implement, and optimize operational processes that support partner onboarding, enablement, deal registration, opportunity management, order management, and reporting.
• Manage partner-facing tools and platforms (e.g., Partner Portal, PRM, Learning Management, Deal Registration systems) to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of partner operations frameworks, ensuring alignment with company policies and compliance requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Partner Sales, Channel Management, Finance, and Legal to ensure alignment of partner programs with business objectives.
• Collaborate with IT/Systems teams to enhance CRM and PRM integrations for accurate reporting and streamlined workflows.
• Partner with Enablement and Marketing to ensure training, certifications, and partner communications are operationalized effectively.
Program & Performance Management
• Develop and track KPIs to measure partner performance, program effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on partner pipeline, revenue contribution, and program adoption.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks impacting partner productivity or revenue recognition.
Continuous Improvement
• Proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies in partner operations and recommend scalable solutions.
• Lead special projects and initiatives to support growth in the partner ecosystem (e.g., new program launches, incentive structures, compliance updates).
Qualifications:
• 5–8+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Operations, or Business Operations within an enterprise software or SaaS company.
• Strong program management and process design skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated
• Experience with CRM/PRM systems (i.e. Salesforce) and partner enablement platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to work cross-functionally.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate into actionable strategies.
• Ability to travel domestically for project meetings ~10%
