Responsibilities
- Work as an Agile Scrum team member, contribute in implementing new requirements in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle APEX technologies for Smart Materials suite of products
- Adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment, while being willing to quickly learn new concepts and software.
- Contribute to a growing product by adding new features and/or enhancing existing ones. Influence UI and architectural design decisions
- Understand the product requirements and interface with the Product Owner/Scrum Master/Customer in getting clarifications.
- Develop and leverage unit and integration tests.
- Reproduce the problems reported by customers or QA and resolve them quickly
- Apply full understanding of programming and software principles, theories and concepts along with independent judgment to the assignments including assessment of impacts on other areas of the product
Education / Qualifications
- B.Tech/M.Tech
- 5 to 8 years of overall software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL to lead team in all technical aspects
- Hands on experience on Oracle APEX would be an added advantage
- Understanding of good coding standards and applying them consistently.
- Good logical, analytical and reasoning skills.
- Ability to understand the problem and come up with one or more solutions.
- Ability to work well in team environment.
- Interacting with Customer/End users during all phases of software development.
- Have good decision-making ability regarding technical decisions.
- Materials and Supply chain Management domain knowledge would be handy. However, it is not mandatory.
