Responsibilities
In this position, individuals must work on design deliverables swiftly, conduct proactive UX research, and hold excellent interaction design skills and this is for User Experience Consultant role.
Responsibilities:
- Holds excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills. Designs and delivers design artifacts, such as wireframes, mock-ups, and click-through prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces, with strong rapid prototyping skills in Figma.
- Multi-tasker who works efficiently under pressure, maintaining focus on the details.
- Conducts user research and evaluation activities, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, heuristic evaluations, and task analysis, with exposure to both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Conducts mixed-method research as required and minimum viable research studies based on product timelines.
- Leads efforts in translating research findings into actionable insights, ensuring that user feedback is effectively integrated into the design process.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of and ability to work with design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability in the design process across multiple projects and platforms.
- Stays engaged with the latest trends in UX design by actively participating in UX communities, conferences, and events, fostering continuous learning and bringing fresh perspectives to the team.
- Generally works independently with minimal supervision, coordinates with the scrum master for personal tasks.
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including other designers, developers, product managers, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- May interact with personnel outside of the company, such as end users of the products for research and feedback-related activities.
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree Required, a degree in Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Psychology, or a related design or behavioural science discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience required is from 6-8 years
- Excellent communication and stake holders management skills.
- Excellent skills in design prototyping skills especially in Figma.
- Excellent User Research and Interaction Design skills.
- Exposure to the Design system.
