Responsibilities

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking an Instructional Design Intern. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing and delivering e-learning content for software products. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and effective learning materials, while building essential skills in instructional design and e-learning tools.

  • Assist in creating and updating e-learning content for various audiences using strong writing and communication skills. 
  • Learn and apply instructional design strategies to develop product-specific training content. 
  • Collaborate with product teams and other stakeholders to ensure that learning materials align with customer needs. 
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of e-learning modules under close supervision. 

Education / Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Design and Technology, or a related field. 
  • Strong writing skills with attention to detail. 
  • Coursework in instructional design and/or training development is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Genially, or 360Learning is a plus. 
  • Basic understanding of technical subjects such as programming concepts or databases is preferred.
