Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Global Brand Project Manager to oversee and execute key brand initiatives. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing who can manage complex projects, drive brand consistency, and enhance our global presence. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional global teams, maintaining timelines, and ensuring that all project deliverables align with the brand’s vision and goals. Reporting into the Global Brand & Design team, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive brand development, operational excellence, and strategic growth at an inflection point in our company’s growth. 

Brand Management
•    Ensure brand consistency and cohesion across all channels, touchpoints, and marketing activities
•    Operational Leadership: Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of branding development and rollout
•    Project Management: Manage end-to-end project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for brand campaigns and operational graphic design initiatives.
•    Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, HR, and marketing teams, to ensure alignment and success.
•    Brand Governance: Oversee the development of brand governance models and frameworks to guide adoption and application of the brand across the customer and employee journey.
•    Creative & Agency Collaboration - Work closely with internal creative, design, and content teams to execute marketing and brand initiatives, acting as the internal lead for creative execution. Additionally, manage relationships with external agencies to ensure brand campaigns are delivered from brief development to final execution.
Creative Project Management
•    Responsible for the day-to-day management and ownership of projects; shepherds projects through the creative process to ensure they are on track
•    Hold task assignees accountable for meeting their task requirements successfully and on time.
•    Ensure that work is in good order before opening jobs and when receiving project assets.
•    Educate and push back when work is not in good order.
•    Reinforce the review process, demonstrating an understanding of opinion-based feedback vs. business product and creative brief alignment feedback.
•    Manage detailed project timelines for large-scale initiatives, such as company rebrand, product launches, or acquisitions.
•    Keep stakeholders informed of project status, potential risks, and revisions through regular updates and meetings.
•    Create and manage timelines to account for all necessary approvals, translations, and production
•    Liaise with domestic and international marketing teams and communicate timelines and delays across teams

 

Education / Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in brand strategy, operations, or related roles, ideally within the technology industries.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.
  • Accountability: Proactive, self-directed individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects, balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution
  • Leadership: Ability to both influence and collaborate with others, adjusting quickly to changing priorities and timelines
  • Organization: Highly organized, structured thinker who can manage multiple workstreams and detailed projects at once
  • Collaboration: Ability to develop and foster healthy working relationships within an integrated organization
  • Technical Proficiency: Understand creative project management systems (e.g., Workfront, Wrike, Smartsheet)
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in anticipating challenges and coming up with creative solutions.
