Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage Azure infrastructure, implement DevOps practices using Azure DevOps, and manage AKS clusters for containerized applications.
- Configure servers running on Azure and set up Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
- Optimize performance, security, and disaster recovery for Azure infrastructure, AKS clusters, servers, and Citrix environments.
- Utilize Azure services, DevOps tools, Kubernetes concepts, server administration, and Citrix knowledge.
- Apply scripting, automation, and cloud security best practices to streamline operations.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and collaboration skills to work effectively with development teams and other stakeholders.
- Having good working knowledge
Education / Qualifications
Experience: 8-12 years of experience of relevant work experience.
Bachelor degree in BE/B Tech.
Skills Required
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Logic Monitor).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments with different OS Flavors.
- Strong understanding of virtualization platforms.
- Knowledge with respect to Cloud Security strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Preferably with Azure).
- Strong understanding of application performance monitoring (APM), distributed tracing, and logging frameworks.
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, ARM, and Terraform, or scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Proficient in setting up alerting and monitoring for containerized and microservices environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive identification and resolution of issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications: Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are highly desirable.
Kubernetes: Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) or equivalent).
