Responsibilities
In this position, individuals are responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for the client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. Individuals in this position are expected to work effectively independently. Implementation Consultants are expected to implement various software solutions for Hexagon customers following the Smart Services Methodology (SSM) standards and process(es), relating but not limited to the following cyber technology and engineering software applications:

· Works with clients to install and configure Hexagon products both onsite and virtual
· Works with clients to execute the project plan – implementing technology, configuring scripts, data collection and processing for the project
· Provides technical support to clients whilst implementing and executing projects
· Conducts training with client on the utilization and administration of Hexagon products
· Constructs and provides project documentation for all assigned projects (i.e., Site Completion & Installation Report, functional requirements, design documents, lessons learned, etc.)
· Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems
· Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams
· Coordinates and submits information to Technical Support in a timely manner for projects
· Maintains a professional demeanor while interfacing with clients
· Provides feedback based on client experiences for product and process improvements
· Works both independent and among teams to solve problems quickly and effectively
· Works closely with the implementation services team, Technical Support teams, and other relevant team-members to complete installation projects successfully
· Completes project related expense reports and timesheets within a required timeframe
· Adheres to Integrity work processes, quality standards, and deliverable templates
· Adheres to Industrial Control System (ICS) cyber-security best practices and industry standards
· May perform various back-office activities to support and strengthen the services group
· May work on pre-sales activities
· Demonstrates an ability to work independently and problem solve implementation and technology roadblocks quickly
· Completes project related expense reports and timesheets within a required timeframe
· Completes frequency-determined activity reports (e.g., daily site reports, weekly status updates), per client expectation(s)
· Implements policies and best-practices for client installations, including access management, data mapping and transfer, process documentation, testing and troubleshooting, and client training.
· Interfaces with technical-minded employees and project management teams to suggest strategy and efficiency execution plans for implementation services.
Education / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM-based technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Cyber Security, Electrical, Mechanical, Process Technology, etc.) and industry experience
· Experience in designing, evaluating, advising and implementing software solutions
· Experience in working with and configuring Operating Systems (OS) in a server environment
· Experience with basic networking principles (e.g., IP addressing, network components such as routers, switches etc.)
· Experience in design/create/edit scripts, batch jobs etc.
· Experience of installation and configuration of Microsoft SQL
· Experience with advanced networking principles (e.g., IP addressing, configuration of network components such as routers, switches etc.)
· Experience in process control and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) equipment
· Comfortable in network protocols such as Telnet, FTP(s) and HTTP(s)
· Comfortable with networking access control (security control)
· Strong command in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
· Fluent English (including verbal and written)

Industry Requirements and Preferred Certifications
· Master's degree in engineering or STEM-based technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Cyber Security, Electrical, Mechanical, Process Technology, etc.)
· Experience in process control and working with ICS technology is preferable
· Experience in cloud-based virtualization (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
· Experience in coaching and mentoring professionals
· Strong knowledge in Purdue Model for Industrial Control System (ICS) networking
· Certified Cisco CompTIA certification
· Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA)
· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
· Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)
· Knowledge in application programming & languages (e.g., VB script, Python, Power BI, etc.)
Wok location
· Engineer is expected to be based in KSA.
· Engineer is expected to travel his 70% business hours to visit multiple sites in KSA located Jubail, Udhailiyah, Ras Tanura, Jazan, Yanbu
