Responsibilities

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic client relationships within our Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) division. This role requires deep knowledge of asset management solutions (e.g., Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, SAP EAM ), strong client relationship management skills, and a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal delivery teams and client stakeholders to ensure value realization and business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for EAM business growth in KSA and Bahrain.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for New/Existing clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and align EAM strategies to support those goals.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive account planning, relationship building, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Monitor and report on account performance, customer health, and revenue forecasts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on industry best practices in asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and compliance.

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 7+ years of experience in account management, with at least 3 years in EAM or related enterprise software.
  • Knowledge of EAM platforms such as Hexagon EAM, IBM Maximo, SAP EAM, or similar products.
  • Proven success in new accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Industry knowledge in sectors such as utilities, manufacturing, transportation, or oil & gas.
  • Understanding of IoT, predictive maintenance, and digital transformation trends.
  • Experience with contract management and renewals in a SaaS or license-based model.
