Job Overview
Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Support to support key finance operations, including employee expense processing, fixed asset maintenance, intercompany invoicing, and general accounting duties. This role plays an important part in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial records and supporting daily and month-end finance activities.

Responsibilities
- Review and process employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, ensure all claims are supported by appropriate documentations and comply with company policies.
- Communicate with employees to clarify discrepancies or missing information in claims.
- Maintain accurate records of all processed claims for audit and reporting purposes.
- Maintain fixed asset register, including additions, disposals and depreciation schedules.
- Checks and verifies cost accounting and accounts payable records.
- Types, files, and posts ledger and general journal entries.
- Prepare and Posting of Intercompany invoices.
- Posting of cash/bank receipt and perform bank reconciliation.
- Assist with journal entries, account reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Education / Qualifications
- Diploma or Finance Certificate with at least 2-3 years experiences in a similar role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates can be considered.
- Positive attitude, meticulous and analytical.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Desirable
- Prior experience working in a multinational corporation (MNC) is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains accounting system is an advantage.
