Responsibilities
Responsibilities The Chief Information Officer (CIO) will oversee our Global IT and Enterprise Systems organization, ensuring our technology investments drive business growth, operational excellence, and digital transformation. The CIO will also have overall responsibility for safeguarding the organization through a robust cybersecurity strategy and governance, protecting critical systems, data, and operations worldwide.
As a key member of our leadership team, the CIO will partner closely with business executives to align IT, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity priorities with corporate objectives. This role requires a leader who can balance strategy with execution, building strong teams and delivering innovative, secure, and scalable technology solutions across the globe.
• Set and execute a global IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and global service delivery.
• Drive digital transformation to improve efficiency, data insights, and customer experience.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global IT team, fostering innovation and accountability.
• Establish IT governance, security, and compliance frameworks to ensure resilience and continuity.
• Manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and enterprise platforms to maximize business value.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating technology opportunities into measurable impact.
• Lead the selection and modernization of ERP and CRM systems to enhance efficiency and enable digital transformation.
