Responsibilities

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a highly organized and data-driven Portfolio Operations Manager to join our Portfolio Strategy & Operations team. This role will lead the operational backbone of our product organization, standardizing how we measure, report, and govern portfolio performance. The position will drive quarterly business review (QBR) reporting processes, define and maintain portfolio metrics, and ensure alignment between Product, Finance, and GTM teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS metrics, portfolio/product operations, and executive-level reporting, with the ability to turn data into insights that shape strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
 
Quarterly Reporting & Cadence
  • Lead the end-to-end design and execution of the quarterly reporting framework for the product portfolio.
  • Standardize QBR deliverables (KPIs, dashboards, commentary, risks/opportunities).
  • Partner with Finance, IR, and GTM Ops to ensure alignment on definitions, data integrity, and executive-ready outputs.

Metrics & Insights

  • Define and maintain a portfolio-wide metrics framework (ARR, NRR, ACV, GRR, expense-to-revenue ratios, R/Y/G portfolio health).
  • Build and maintain dashboards that track portfolio performance against strategic objectives.
  • Conduct analyses on product performance, investment ROI, and portfolio health to support executive decision-making.
Operational Excellence
  • Establish standardized operating models for product investment requests, governance, and business cases.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting processes, tooling, and automation.
  • Partner with Product Ops, Finance, and Strategy teams to align on data sources and methodologies.

 


Education / Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Portfolio Operations, Product Operations, FP&A, or Strategy/Consulting, preferably in SaaS/software.
  • Strong command of SaaS KPIs and portfolio metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, ACV, E/R, etc.).
  • Proven ability to design and operationalize reporting frameworks across a global product org.
  • Skilled in data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong executive communication skills – ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Highly collaborative, comfortable engaging senior leaders across Product, Finance, and GTM.
