Responsibilities
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking a Manager, Order Management.
The Manager, Order Management will lead our Southern Region order management operations, ensuring orders for materials from sales staff or directly from customers are processed throughout our SOP cycle and system. This role focuses on optimizing order processing systems to improve order accuracy and enhance collaboration across sales, finance, and customer service teams.
As a key leader, you will manage escalations, resolve complex order-related challenges, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. Your leadership will be pivotal in building a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, and cultivating trust across the organization.
Success in this position requires a strategic mindset, a passion for process improvement, and the ability to lead change. You will identify and implement efficiencies in the order management workflow, ensuring that order fulfilment, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes align with business objectives.
- Oversee and process the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accurate order entry, validation, and fulfilment, implementing operational skills on the full process, and handling the most strategic accounts.
- Ensuring pricing, quantities, and terms are accurate per established business policies.
- Monitor order accuracy, fulfilment rates, and backlog. Coordinating with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and software licensing.
- Collaborate with finance to ensure alignment on invoices, revenue recognition, and credit policies.
- Utilize CPQ platforms to track order status and enhance visibility into the order pipeline.

Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in order management, or related roles, with 2+ years of leadership experience.
- Proven experience managing ERP systems and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), driving system enhancements, and improving order processing workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify order processing issues, mitigate revenue risks, and enhance efficiency.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and build trust across the organization.
- Experience leading change management initiatives, ensuring team adoption of new systems and processes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute cross-functional initiatives that improve order operations.
- Experience leading large-scale ERP and CRM implementations or upgrades.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the software industry within a global organization.
- Flexibility, persistence and attention to details.
- Strong language skills required. English is mandatory. Proficiency in French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
