Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of high-impact, measurable marketing strategies, including integrated campaigns and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs across multiple channels, aligned with business priorities and revenue goals
- Partner closely with sales leadership and business development teams to generate qualified pipeline and support opportunity acceleration
- Own end-to-end campaign planning and execution, including timelines, budgets, performance tracking, and ROI measurement
- Drive and oversee direct and digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, webinars, lead nurturing programs, content syndication, events, and marketing automation programs
- Lead the creation and governance of marketing collateral, ensuring messaging consistency, value proposition clarity, and adherence to corporate brand guidelines
- Support and manage regional and global marketing initiatives, working closely with the Europe-based marketing team and other international stakeholders
- Plan and execute large-scale virtual and in-person customer events, conferences, and executive briefings to support customer retention, upsell, cross-sell, and new logo acquisition
- Analyze campaign performance and market insights to continuously optimize strategies and improve conversion rates
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the software solutions landscape
Education / Qualifications
We are looking for a results-driven and strategic Marketing Manager with 14+ years of experience in B2B software solutions marketing. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage complex, multi-channel marketing initiatives and work closely with senior stakeholders across product, sales, strategy, and regional marketing teams to drive pipeline growth and brand impact.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the regional marketing team and owning the regional marketing strategy and execution, aligning closely with global marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
- 14+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within software solutions, enterprise technology, or high-tech industries
- Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns and ABM initiatives in close alignment with sales teams
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot) and CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of HTML and digital marketing tools is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to align sales and marketing teams around shared objectives and measurable outcomesStrong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data-driven decision-making capability
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
