Responsibilities
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Implementation Analyst within our ALI Americas group.
- Works directly with customers either on-site or remotely post-sale through installation and implementation. These customers will primarily be located in the USA, Canada or Mexico but could be located elsewhere.
- Be part of the implementation team that configures technical solutions for customers and ensures successful customer project implementation.
- Gain and maintain product knowledge and answer client questions on product functionality and usage.
- Provide technical support in presentations and product demonstrations and conduct customer training.
- Requires moderate skill sets and developing proficiency within discipline.
- Conducts tasks and assignments as directed, working under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
- Will be required to be able to read, understand and adjust Python code, with guidance.
- Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems.
- Construct and provide project documentation for all assigned projects (e.g., Site Completion & Installation Report, functional requirements, design documents, lessons learned, etc.)
Education / Qualifications
Competencies include:
- Identifying and documenting technical issues.
- Creating technical documents with assistance from senior consultants.
- Gaining knowledge on multiple solutions.
- Implementing j5 solutions for customers.
Required Education, Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical or Electrical), Mechatronics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Mathematics or Science
- Strong academic and non-academic record.
- Strong problem solving and time management skills.
- Strong teamwork, people, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally, USA VISA greatly beneficial.
- Experience in some programming language is greatly beneficial.
- 2 or more years of relative experience is needed.
