Responsibilities
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales to join their team. It is a leadership role across Mexico, Central America and Caribbean Region. Reporting directly to the Vice President LATAM.
This role will be expected the achievement of consistent quarterly region quota. The Manager shall work to identify and qualify new sales opportunities while maintaining successful relationships with internal support organizations.
Education / Qualifications
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of industrial software and solutions and the ability to map business needs to products
Familiar with Hexagon competitor’s solutions
Education
Engineering, Business Administration, or related degree
Experience
Relevant industry experience (Discrete manufacturing, Power, Utilities, Transportation/Logistics, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, Pulp & Paper) experience in a sales role preferably with consulting experience.
Understanding relevant industries main interests, requirements, and their processes.
Knowledge of CAPEX projects development.
Knowledge of OPEX industries investments.
Knowledge in how Identify main contacts, champions, influencers, decision makers, develop provider–customer long term relationships.
Qualifications
Able to discuss product capabilities and explain the business value of solutions
Represents Hexagon with integrity and professionalism, acting as an agent of the company
Develops a rapport with customers for the long term
Diligently uses the corporate sales CRM system
Responsible for coaching account executives, positively impacting their performance
Attracts, acquires, and develops talent
Keep sales team motivated
Capable of meeting assigned quotas
Advanced English and Spanish
Highly data-driven and fact-based decision-making skills.
Experience with distributed people leadership & management.
Strong business and financial acumen and analysis skills.
Availability to travel 30%.
