Responsibilities
This role reports into the India Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development & Direct Sales
- Identify and engage directly with potential customers, creating demand and driving new business opportunities.
- Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Develop a strong pipeline by targeting key industries and customer segments.
- Actively prospect for new customers while also managing inbound leads effectively.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and position Bricsys solutions as the best fit.
- Drive revenue growth, meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date sales plans, account data, and opportunities in company systems using Hubspot and or other applicable systems
Managing Key Customer Accounts
- Take ownership of larger customers who have a direct relationship with Bricsys, ensuring they receive outstanding support and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for expansion and upsell within existing accounts, driving long-term value and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Supporting Partners in Closing Business
- Support partners with customer engagement, product expertise, and deal negotiation.
- Ensure partners have the resources, training, and guidance necessary to promote and sell Bricsys effectively.
- Join customer meetings with partners where required to reinforce Bricsys’ value proposition.
- Help partners accelerate sales cycles, overcoming obstacles and ensuring successful deal closure.
Collaboration with Pre-Sales Technical Team
- Work closely with the Pre-Sales Technical team to deliver effective product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Ensure customers fully understand the technical capabilities of Bricsys solutions and how they can address specific business challenges.
- Leverage Pre-Sales expertise to strengthen proposals, validate solutions, and support closing complex deals.
Market Engagement & Competitive Positioning
- Represent Bricsys at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights to internal teams, helping shape product development, marketing strategies, and sales enablement efforts.
Collaboration & Sales Enablement
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales operations, and product teams to ensure alignment in go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage marketing campaigns and demand generation initiatives to increase customer engagement.
- Share customer and market feedback to improve messaging, product positioning, and sales strategies.
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct sales or business development, ideally in software industry, CAD, or technology solutions covering the territory.
- Experience selling into the AEC and/or Manufacturing sectors
- Proven track record of hunting for new business and successfully closing deals.
- Experience working with larger customer accounts, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth.

- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage customers and articulate value.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support partners in closing business.
- Ability to work effectively with Pre-Sales Technical teams, ensuring customers understand and adopt Bricsys solutions.
- Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in the relevant regional language(s).
Other:
- Expected to travel where required for customer meetings, partner support, and industry events.
