Job Overview

Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Global Marketing Operations team in the Asia Pacific region. The selected candidate could reside in Australia, Singapore, or Malaysia and will support the APAC Marketing team by driving digital platform adoption, ensuring brand standards, and implementing industry best practices. 
As Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, will focus on managing marketing processes, CRM solutions, automation, and performance tracking to optimize marketing efforts and ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate needs to be data-driven, an agile problem solver, and passionate about delivering impactful marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the designing and building of demand generation, nurture and scoring program strategies
  • Responsible for automation rules and lead routing within Pardot, including creation of templates for use by others within the marketing function
  • Creates nurturing and scoring programs to support the marketing organization
  • Monitors and reports on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by Pardot and related applications
  • Project Manager for software integration projects in the areas of lead data augmentation, reporting, chat and other new technologies.
  • Manage data integrity and lead imports into Pardot from external sources.
  • Trains marketing resources on how to run reports and accomplish basic tasks within the marketing automation programs
  • Deploy and train the regional teams on the new tools and processes that come out of the global team
  • Be an expert on email marketing, email policies, marketing automation and reporting
     

Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree of equivalent education, MBA is an asset
  • Two or more years of administering a sales force automation (SFA) or marketing automation system
  • An excellent understanding of digital marketing processes & systems 
  • 1-2 years of Salesforce experience
  • 1-2 years of Pardot
  • 1+ years of experience in demand creation related activities (email, trade shows, search engine optimization/search engine marketing, event marketing)
  • Experience working with business owners in defining reporting and data requirements
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills
  • Some knowledge of HTML
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong research, analytical/decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business KPI's for reporting
  • Strong verbal/written communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with business leaders and technical teams
