Responsibilities

This internship is a unique chance to dive into project management, specifically project controls, where you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and play an important role in supporting the smooth delivery of projects. 

 

Responsibilities:
In this role, you would typically assist in managing and controlling various aspects of project management using EcoSys software, which is an Enterprise Project Performance (EPP) tool. EcoSys is widely used for managing project costs, schedules, and performance data in industries such as construction, energy, and infrastructure. You would work alongside project control professionals and contribute to various project controls tasks, including learning configuration of EcoSys. It’s an excellent job for people who are customer focused, relationship builders, detail oriented, problem-solvers, and results oriented.

 

Work with EcoSys Software:

  • Input project data (e.g., cost, schedule, risk) into EcoSys and ensure that data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Help with the integration of project schedules, budgets, and other project documents into EcoSys for real-time reporting and tracking.
  • Generate and customize reports from EcoSys to track project status and support decision-making.

 

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Assist in data analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps.
  • Work on project metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and other reporting mechanisms to ensure that projects are on track.

 

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Education / Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in business management, accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field.

  • Attention to detail with solid problem-solving skills.
