Responsibilities
• Define / detail / Communications of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements and create and maintain a well-defined product backlog and its management to enterprise level products.
• Provide domain expertise to the technical teams building, in deploying the features in SDx / SDx2 based on specific Customer requirements gathered from different stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed documentation describing the user requirements, specifications, workflow diagrams and persona-based descriptions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues related to specific identified area of work.
• Represent the product and company by visiting customers at their construction site to solicit feedback on company products and services.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Education / Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering / technology in Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management area, with at least 2 years of experience in managing the backlog of the products
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
Required Domain Knowledge:
• Knowledge and understanding of workflows / customer implementations of Industrial products like SPF, SDx, SDx2, Aveva ISM (Information Standard Manager), Datum 360 or equivalent systems.
• Understanding of central data system with respect to SaaS / Desktop based products related to Industrial facility management.
• Understanding and experience in working with Software lifecycle management and its integrations and configurations of systems.
• Understanding of Schema definitions / standards / extensions of products of SDx2, SIO, FDW, and CFIHOS class libraries.
• Knowledge on SDx integrations with peripheral products like SPPID, S3D, SDx and other tools.
• Experience working with geographically diverse teams and remote employees a plus.
• Knowledge on administration of (Smart Plant foundation) and or SDx, its configuration and customization for specific industry needs
• Basic knowledge on SaaS based systems and its Security configurations of centralized data management systems / Products.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Aha!
Soft Skills Required:
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
