Responsibilities

The Senior Proposal Management Administrator will collaborate closely with peers from various functions such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Technical team, Legal, and Finance—to prepare proposals. You will create an initial draft using existing templates and the information provided in the proposal support request, then coordinate with the necessary technical resources to update the technical content. Your responsibilities include managing proposal timelines, Statements of Work (SoW) development. You will manage timelines/deadlines, communicate questions, communicate with other departments, and finalize the proposal.

As the Senior Proposal Management Administrator, you will be managing proposal support requests by prioritizing and dispersing requests to appropriate technical resources and updating sales tools. This role demands strong professional writing skills and project management expertise, requiring exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Proficiency in Korean, English will be highly regarded.

Education / Qualifications

•    Proficiency in both written and verbal Korean and English is essential. Ability to speak Japanese is a plus.
•    Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Project, and familiarity with common Office applications such as Salesforce or other CRM systems is required.
•    At least 3-5 years of experience in proposal support, proposal writing, or crafting customer-facing marketing or technical content is preferred.
•    Exceptional attention to detail, particularly with formatting, grammar, layout, and spelling, is necessary.
•    Effective time management skills are crucial, as you will coordinate numerous simultaneous proposals and meet internal and customer deadlines.
•    Flexibility in work focus and priorities, especially in a deadline-driven environment with potential changing priorities, is required.
•    Basic knowledge of Contract Management, including understanding legal risks associated with various commercial models in tenders, is advantageous.
•    Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills are essential for success in this role.
