Responsibilities
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking a Senior Proposals Management Administrator.
This position requires individuals to work closely with technical teams in the sales, legal, and finance departments to prepare proposals, including RFx responses,
scopes of work (SOWs), and technical proposals.
- Prepares inputs for standard response sections, develops the template for the response, and coordinates with others to manage the development of response content.
- Manages timelines and deadlines, communicates questions, communicates with other departments, and finalizes proposal-related documents.
- Manages requests that come from sales and services and coordinates resource allocation with pre-sales management.
- Reviews and edits document content, acting as an editor and a writer (limited).
- Prioritizes and disperses requests to appropriate resources for input.
- Updates sales tools as the process moves from one resource to another and one stage to the next.
- Ensures that proposal governance requirements are met and documented.
- Ensures that content is clear, concise, and complete.
Education / Qualifications
- Editing content of scopes of work (SOWs), technical proposals, and other related documents.
- Making independent proposal assignments.
- Managing the proposal timeline and completion of assignments.
- Ensuring response deadlines are met.
- Assembling final product for release to customers.
- Providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Helping to capture final proposals and maintaining the proposal library.
