Responsibilities

• Support building and growing pipeline of opportunities for Information Management solutions for APAC.
• Responsible for driving the growth of Information Management solutions in the other “key growth areas” in the region by working with local sales teams, industry Consultant, and other solution consultants, through account plans and opportunities.
• Responsible for building and driving initiatives required to support the growth of IM revenue within APAC, working with local sales teams through account plans and opportunities.
• Responsible for the adoption and execution of GTM (Go-To-Market) packages or EP (Enablement Packages) where IM solutions are part of the package.
• Be able to articulate the context of how Hexagon’s IM tools can help achieve the business outcomes defined by Industry Consultants and prospects.
• Work closely with Industry Consultants in training and establishing the value of the Hexagon’s IM solutions in various industries.
• Support sales/partner enablement activity, e.g. training, developing messaging and support lead generation for Hexagon’s IM solutions individually and in conjunction with other products and solutions and GTM packages or EP where Hexagon’s Design/Engineering solutions are part of the package.

Education / Qualifications

• Native or fluent-level in Japanese (both verbal and written) is mandatory for communication with local clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in English is also required for internal communication within the global/APAC team.
• Consulting/Presales experience with understanding value selling and enterprise solutions selling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to articulate complex topics in simple manner.
• Able to work in a team and to work independently with key customers as required.
• Confident in presenting to important stakeholders including C levels in a customer environment as well as at shows and seminars.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within Japan and occasionally within the APAC region.
• Good project planning and specification and estimation skills, together with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop realistic project plans.
• Confident working with Enterprise IT personnel and managers to determine system architecture and design needs.
• Good understanding of Cloud interoperability – RESTful APIs, client/server and web technologies. Basic understanding of AI capabilities and a desire to grow in the space of technology.
• Prefer to have the experience and knowledge of Asset Information Management or any Enterprise solutions, with a strong preference for experience in Japan's key industries such as: Plant/Process Engineering (Oil & Gas, Chemicals), Utilities, Infrastructure, Shipbuilding, or Discrete Manufacturing.
• Typical Experience: At least 5 - 10 years’ experience with some experience in Presales/Consulting.
