Job Overview

Are you a detail-oriented, curious thinker looking to gain real-world experience in research, sales, and marketing? Hexagon Lifecycle Intelligence division is on the lookout for a proactive and motivated Research Intern to support our team with lead generation and data management.
In this role, you’ll conduct targeted research, help identify potential business leads, and maintain our CRM database to support our outbound campaigns. You’ll gain valuable exposure to how research feeds into business development and marketing strategies - skills that are in high demand across industries.

Responsibilities

Research and Lead Pre-Qualification

• Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads, focusing on low-hanging opportunities that can be easily converted into clients.
• Utilize online resources, Zoominfo databases, and Salesforce CRM to compile lists of potential leads.

Database Management

• Clean and maintain the existing database, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Remove duplicates and outdated records to enhance database quality.
• Support data entry tasks, ensuring that all lead information is correctly logged and categorized.

Data Analysis

• Create and manage pivot tables to summarize and present data insights effectively.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with the APAC Account Development Team to understand their needs and align research efforts with business goals.

Education / Qualifications

•    Educational Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analysis, or a related field.
•    Excel Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate pivot tables and perform data analysis.
•    Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research and database acquisition. 
•    Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in data entry and analysis.
•    Work Ethic: Hardworking and resilient, with the ability to stay focused and productive in a fast-paced environment.
•    Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
