Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is on the lookout for a Value Enablement Lead. The selected candidate need to be based in Singapore


As a Value Enablement Lead in Hexagon’s Pre-Sales team, you will be driving the customer engagements that not only support revenue growth but also shape and enhance the strategic direction of Hexagon's value enablement initiatives. This position centres around maximizing the perceived value of Hexagon’s solutions, helping customers see tangible benefits that align with their needs and long-term goals. By combining strategic oversight with hands-on guidance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales and pre-sales teams to communicate value propositions effectively and foster lasting customer relationships.
One of the primary responsibilities of this position is to leverage your understanding of the customer’s business strategy combined with technology value drivers to shape transformational pathways leading to true business measurable value outcomes. You shall maintain knowledge of best practices, industry landscapes, and emerging technologies from Hexagon, and apply these to develop innovative business strategies. With deep industry experience and extensive expertise, you will drive innovative approaches within sales engagements, shaping initiatives that amplify customer satisfaction and Hexagon’s revenue potential.

Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of comprehensive value enablement strategies to drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth.
  • Providing strategic guidance to the sales team, empowering them to deliver exceptional value throughout the customer journey.
  • Partnering with leadership to align value enablement initiatives with overall business objectives and priorities.
  • Providing enablement and guidance to the CSM teams as to the measurement of value-proof points established during the sales cycle.
  • Be responsible for the adoption and execution of Hexagon’s Value Enablement Platform in APAC region.
  • Championing the continuous improvement of Hexagon’s Value Enablement Platform, ensuring alignment with evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Driving the creation of advanced training materials and resources, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and technologies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Establishing and nurturing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to drive collaboration and maximize impact.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on value-based selling techniques and tools, providing thought leadership and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of targeted sales plays and account strategies, driving alignment and execution across the organization.
  • Demonstrating eagerness to work in multi-skilled teams participating in co-creation activities building value-driven business cases, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Understanding the key competitors and share with team members to position Hexagon’s unique value wedges in every customer interaction.
  • Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for value engineering optimization, and implementing targeted interventions to drive continuous improvements of value enablement initiatives.
  • Keeps a close relationship with Portfolio Strategic Enablement (PSE) team to maintain expertise and early knowledge of new strategy of Hexagon’s digital asset solutions, as well as providing industry and regional feedback.
  • Liaise with team members in other regions for lessons learned and best practice sharing. 

Skills and Experience

  • Extensive experience in sales enablement, value-based selling, or related fields, with a track record of driving measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies, coupled with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving organizational excellence.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business results.
  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing sales enablement tools and technologies, coupled with a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Passionate and familiar with the technology value proposition.
  • Desirable: Good working knowledge of Hexagon’s solutions.
  • Typical Experience: At least 15-years’ experience with 10+ years of experience in all business segments or relevant experience in providing consulting in all business segments.

Education / Qualifications

  • Degree qualification in engineering, information technology or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
