Responsibilities

• Records vendor invoices in document management system and assigns for approval.
• Posts vendor invoices and employee expenses in financial accounting system.
• Maintains vendor and customer records in financial accounting system.
• Supports AP/AR Team with daily operations.
• Provide assistance with statutory audits as required.

Education / Qualifications

• A proven interest in studying or working in a Finance environment.
• Able to maintain effective working relations with other members of the Finance team and other stakeholders.
• Good IT application skills and experience. Proficient in the use of Excel.
• Good written and spoken English, Polish and German.
• At least 20 hours of availability a week.
