Responsibilities
- Creating and processing quotes and orders submitted by partner/sales team in Salesforce CPQ and Dynamics GP
- Processing and managing software licenses/keys and assets
- Review purchase orders and other documents for adherence to Hexagon SIG policies and procedures
- Review legal agreements for direction to deliver / administer
- Monitor order status, communicating any issues to customers/suppliers.
- Close cooperation with sales represantatives.
- Issue accurate invoices upon delivery of order and other related documents
- Professionally communicate with internal and external customers to identify and resolve and/or escalate issues
- Performs other duties as required for the success of the department
- Able to prioritize tasks and work in multiple business systems to complete requests
- Create ad hoc reports for management

Education / Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 year`s customer service experience, ideally in an international company
- Very good command of spoken and written English language (business proficiency)
- Proficient in using MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Experienced user of a standard ERP system (Microsoft Great Plains experience would be an advantage)
- Ability to quickly grasp new software functionality and processes
- Good communication and analytical skills required
- Fast learner and a high degree of social competence
- Team-oriented work and dedication
- Able to maintain strong working relations with staff and business partners that may be located outside the own country
- Self-motivated individual that is looking for a role that will challenge and reward.
