Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a technical leader who will serve as the primary customer-facing expert for our industry-specific solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong presentation skills to drive customer engagement and business growth.

• Act as the technical authority in customer meetings, delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospect needs
• Collaborate with Industry Consultants to develop customer-specific workflows and demonstrations using our technology platform
• Capture and translate customer requirements into demonstrable solutions, maintaining demonstration environments and supporting materials
• Support go-to-market initiatives and contribute technical expertise to proposals, RFP responses, and proof-of-concept implementations
• Maintain close relationships with product and strategic teams to stay current on new features while providing industry feedback

Skill/ Qualification Requirements

• Deep technical understanding of our applications with specialized expertise in a specific industry practice area
• Proven ability to lead customer presentations and technical discussions with confidence
• Experience configuring and customizing demonstrations, evaluations, and POCs independently
• Strong communication skills for delivering technical presentations at various levels, from detailed demos to high-level conference presentations
• Ability to document technical issues, workflow improvements, and support proposal development processes
