Job Overview
Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence is looking for a motivated and skilled Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our growing team in the APAC region. This position will be based in either Japan or Singapore and will report directly to the Regional Account Development Manager.
As an Account Development Representative, your main responsibility will be to identify and qualify potential opportunities for Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence solutions, with a strong focus on building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline. In this role.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for inbound and outbound lead generation activities to support the growth of the Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence pipeline and acquisition of new logos/customers.
• Collaborate with team members and leverage their expertise to create targeted lists, develop effective call strategies, and craft compelling messaging to drive opportunities.
• Implement email cadences using Salesloft, engage in cold-call prospecting, utilize social selling techniques, and foster account expansion.
• Apply industry insights to conduct thorough research on accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and pinpoint significant events.
• Conduct high-level discovery and educational conversations utilizing the SPICED Methodology.
• Schedule meetings for Field Sales and ensure seamless handover preparation.

Education / Qualifications
- Native level Japanese language skills with business level English.
- Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales, Sales Development or Account Development experience
- Strong communication, team player and customer relationship skills
- Knowledgeable in sales engagement prospecting tools such Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling
- Experience in working with Salesforce CRM.
- Good time management skills and resilience.
