Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire an Order Management Representative in Minatomirai, Yokohama, Japan.

This position requires individuals to process orders for materials from sales staff or directly from customers under limited supervision with some latitude for independent judgement. They will be responsible for renewal processing under supervision.

 

  • Ensures pricing, quantities, and terms are accurate per established business policies.
  • May issue price quotations.
  • Coordinates with departments regarding order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and software licensing.
  • Ensures all corporate export policies are followed, which includes performing Export Screening and processing Export Checklists.
  • Maintains detailed and accurate sales records to show evidence of compliance to audit requirements associated with tasks.
  • Works with more experienced team members to resolve complex issues.
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge in a variety of required tasks, processes, and procedures.
  • Interact with clients for license installation and software upgrade requests.
  • Quality assurance of presentation of physical documentation in tenders.
  • Complete company background forms.
  • Update the supplier portals of customers.
  • Maintains detailed and accurate sales records to show evidence of compliance with audit requirements associated with tasks.
  • Support in the evaluation of opportunities according to the Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence Division sales methodology.

Education / Qualifications

Native level Japanese language skills with business level English. 

 

Minimum 3+ years of;

Sales support / customer admin / customer service experience
