Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for achieving an annual target, selling Hexagon's technology (EcoSys) that includes Project Portfolio Management, Project Controls and Project Management to new and existing customers with a strong emphasis on developing new markets and growing revenue. The Senior Sales Executive will at times be working with Hexagon Accounts Managers joint selling in existing accounts or working individually in new opportunities. This is predominantly a hunter’s role.

 

  • Expand customer base by prospecting and selling EcoSys Solutions across the country.
  • Generate new business through existing contacts, referrals/leads and individual pipeline.
  • Work closely with new clients to determine their needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Establish, build, and manage multi-level relationships with key stakeholders – internally and externally.
  • Understanding of the business within the assigned segment and the factors that influence growth.
  • Understand competitors’ products in terms of positioning, features, and benefits.
  • Work with teams internally to establish and achieve Customer Success Criteria.
  • Present and run meetings for C level executives – internally and externally.
  • Drive and increase client satisfaction and present ROI leading to renewal.

Education / Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Business-to-Business sales experience in complex SaaS or Cloud based solutions.
  • Strong sales execution, developing and managing sales forecast, pipeline.
  • Experienced in consultative selling strategies and solution-oriented products.
  • Proven sales track record in selling Enterprise Software.
  • Proven ability to penetrate new accounts and leverage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent account development / negotiating / closing skills.
  • Strong prospecting / New Business Development focus.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and technical support.
  • Good presentation skills and ability to manage virtual environments while engaging with customers.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English
  • Ability to work independently and flexibility to travel when necessary.
  • Be self-motivated, flexible, and able to take initiative.
