Responsibilities

In this position, you are responsible for setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or processes designed for the client’s purchased technology and/or business outcome solutions.

• Work directly with our internal team and clients to manage initial access, map, and transfer of data.
• Create process documentation (functional requirements/designs/lessons learned)
• Train or coordinate training for clients
• Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems
• Identify and document technical issues to be escalated to product and SI teams for resolution
• Provide feedback based on client experiences to internal teams for product and process improvements
• Work directly with clients on-site or provide project support remotely
• Work in conjunction with pre-sales in some activities

Education / Qualifications

• Native level Japanese speaker
• Business level English speaker
• Experience in coordinating internal processes.
• Project Controls Knowledge and previous experience in projects.
• Previous experience in the software / system implementation of enterprise level solution.
• Ability to work independently and flexibility to travel when necessary.
• Be self-motivated, flexible and able to take initiative.
